Smore Brownies

Behold, my little experiment.
Super simple, but the possibilities are endless 😋 Next time I will try greasing the pan first, but I was very happy with the results!
Start with a bag of marshmallows, a pack of graham crackers, and a box of your favorite brownie mix.
Decide whether or not to grease the pan first. (hint* take the time to actually READ the box of brownie mix to help with your decision 😂)
Next, lay down one layer of graham crackers. Then put one large marshmallow on each half of the graham cracker (just like traditional smores).
Lastly, mix up your brownie batter according to the instructions on the box, and carefully pour it over top the graham crackers and marshmallows.
Take care to cover everything, even if it's only a thin layer.
Bake according to the box instructions. I chose to add on 2 extra minutes, but use your own discretion.
Seriously, I don't know if I will ever eat a "plain" brownie again! (Actually, that's a lie. I will gladly sample any brownie you make me. Except "special" brownies. Anywayyyy... 🙃)
What's you're favorite brownie recipe? Do you like to frost yours or stir in any extras?
